{toc} [imageright|Figure 1: Registration Form|getthumb.aspx?image=Solutions%2fRegistrationForm.png&big=1|{UP}Solutions%2fRegistrationForm.png] ===Jetfire Registration Form Web Part=== The Membership Renewal Review Web Part is a custom Web Part built for the Registration Solution. ====Access==== This Web Part is accessed from the [Jetfire Registration Web Parts Library]. ====Example usage of the Web Part==== The Jetfire User uses the Membership Renewal Review Web Part to review renewal requests sent to members as part of the Self-Registration Process. An example of the Web Part usage is shown above. The form displayed to the right is the athlete form. It contains: * Athlete details * Usage instructions * Waiver statement * Waiver signature * "I agree" button When the new member completes the form and clicks "I agree", the athlete details and waiver signature are added to the club roster. The Club Administrator reviews the information and a discussion between the club and member is started. [imageright|Editor for the Registration Form|{UP}Solutions%2fRegistrationFormEditor.png] ====Edit Properties for the Web Part==== Edit Properties include: * Multiple Workflow Class - the class name of the Workflow Class used to display mutliple workflows on the form. (This form uses workflows to build the form. By using workflow data to build the form, the Jetfire Administrator can easily update the waiver statement.) * Multiple Workflow Subject - a unique name for the Multiple Workflows displayed on the form. * Property Display - how properties are displayed on the form. * Workflow Config File - the path to the Workflow Configuration File used to display the Renewal records. * Label Css Class - the css class for labels displayed in the form. * Club Command - the club command to invoke when the save button is clicked. (this adds an OawaContact to the Club.) * Save Method - the name of the save method invoked when the save button is clicked. * Save Label - the label for the save button.
